1. SUPPLY, CARGO AND DELIVERY

After receiving your cargo, you have the right to open and check it with the cargo officer. If you see that some of the products in your order are missing and/or damaged, request the cargo officer to prepare a report. Keeping a report is very important from a legal perspective.

This indicates that the damage or deficiency is not caused by you but by the cargo company. As a result of the report, your new products will be shipped to you immediately.

Thanks to the report, our officials will be able to collect the necessary damage cost from the cargo company’s insurance.

Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. You can pick up the products from our company yourself, or you can benefit from our delivery service or request shipping by cargo companies.
Your orders will be delivered to the Cargo company within 3 (three) business days at the latest after they are approved, unless there is a force majeure reason.

2. CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

In order to return the product(s) in your order for any reason, please remember that the product must be kept in its original packaging and returned complete with all accessories and packaging materials, without any physical damage.

If the product you purchased from our website is faulty, you must contact us via our support page, contact page or whatsapp line within 14 days from the date of delivery. Following these procedures, if a new faulty product can be supplied by the cargo company, it can be replaced, otherwise the amount you paid will be refunded to your specified bank account or the bank / credit card you completed the purchase with within 5 business days. After the refund is made by us, it reaches your account according to bank processes. In case of a problem caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.

If the defect in the ordered product is due to customer use or if the product has been used within 14 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. The conditions for product return and exchange are based on the practices required by the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.

For the products you want to return, the product must not have lost its resalability, must not be damaged, must not have been used, if it is a gift product, it must be sent with the gift and all accessories if any, and the box, bag, label and packaging of the product must not be lost or deformed. According to Article 22 of the Consumer Rights Cancellation and Return Conditions; in order for “Cosmetics and personal care products” to be returned, their packaging must be unopened, untested, intact and unused. If the product you purchased is not a cosmetic or personal care product, this article does not apply.

  • To return your order, you must fill out the contact form on our website or contact us using the contact information on our website and send it back to the address below within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in its original packaging and with its invoice.
  • Please pack the products carefully to avoid damage during shipment.
  • Once your return shipment reaches us and the compliance of the product with the return conditions is checked, your refund will be processed within 72 hours.
  • When the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 14 days. This period begins when the withdrawal notice reaches us and the time it takes for the return to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays caused by the bank despite the refund being made on time.
  • For payments made via money transfer, please specify the bank information to which the product price will be refunded in the e-mail or message you send regarding your request for return approval.
  • We would like to point out that we cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped. In this case, you must initiate the return process according to the processes stated above after receiving the cargo.
  • Please pack the products carefully to prevent damage to your shipments for return.
    Our website/business is not responsible for delays caused by the bank despite the refund being made on time.
    In payments made by money transfer, please indicate the bank information to which the product fee will be refunded in the e-mail you send regarding your request for return approval.
    We would like to state that we cannot cancel your order even if your order has been shipped.

3. PAYMENT

You can order on our site in the following ways: 

1. Payment by Credit Card: All credit cards are valid on our site.

2. Payment by money order: When you pay by money order, please add your order/invoice number, which will be created after order confirmation, to the description section.

Your orders will be delivered to cargo after approval. (excluding public holidays and weekends) Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.   The cargo company delivers the product you purchased to the address you specified. If you are not at the specified address, a note will be left stating that you can pick up your cargo from the nearest branch. If you do not go to the branch and pick up your package within three days, your package will be returned to us. We kindly request that you check the product you received. If your product is damaged, we kindly request that you return it to the cargo officer by keeping a REPORT before receiving your product.

If there is no report, our website / company cannot make a damage claim from the cargo company due to product damage, and therefore, this amount cannot be refunded to you.
